Sparrow & Wolf sets the stage for a unique dining event on Sunday, June 3rd, with a special five-course menu in collaboration with Hiša Franko and renowned Chef Ana Roš. This fusion of regional European flair and modern American elements promises a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience.

The culinary celebration starts in Chinatown with the World’s 50 Best Signature Sessions, leading to the prestigious awards ceremony on June 5th. 25 Las Vegas restaurants will team up with world-renowned chefs for exclusive collaborative dinners in the first few days of June. Imagine savoring cuisine crafted by culinary giants like Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park or José Andrés of Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas!

Although details remain under wraps, we can confirm that the space will not serve another Chinese cuisine. Instead, a fresh, non-Chinese concept is in the works, brought to you by a team known for their culinary expertise. There are whispers of a possible Thai theme, but this remains unconfirmed.

China Mama is expanding east with Spring by China Mama, now soft-opening at 4480 Paradise Rd. Meanwhile, ShangHai Taste will soft-open ShangHai Taste Southwest on June 6th at 8060 S. Rainbow, in the city’s “other Chinatown.”
