South Korean coffee chain theVenti’s first U.S. store is headed to Las Vegas Chinatown, ChinatownVegas has learned.
theVenti announced last November that its U.S. debut would be in Las Vegas, but it did not say where. ChinatownVegas traced the plan to Spring Mountain Road. The chain’s U.S. franchise partner is JINP LLC, a Las Vegas company that Korean business outlets identify as Liberty Walk’s Las Vegas operation. Liberty Walk (LBWK), the Japanese widebody builder, lists its Las Vegas location at 4455 W. Spring Mountain Road in its official international directory. That address is part of XYZ², a mixed-use redevelopment of the Wells Fargo regional campus in the heart of Chinatown.
The franchise agreement and the Las Vegas plan are documented. The partnership is already preparing a public debut during Las Vegas’s November SEMA Week, while the location and layout of any permanent venue remain unconfirmed.
The Korean coffee chain coming to America
theVenti was founded in Busan in 2014. It has grown into one of Korea’s largest value-beverage franchises, with more than 1,600 stores in South Korea. It also has locations in Canada, Vietnam, Jordan, and the Philippines. The chain is known for 20-ounce drinks, low prices, and Korean grain drinks such as misugaru and yulmu lattes.
On Nov. 10, 2025, SNC Sein CEO Choi Jun-kyoung and JINP LLC Director Daixi Li signed a multi-unit franchise agreement in Las Vegas. SNC Sein operates theVenti. The deal gives JINP the right to open and operate multiple theVenti locations in the western United States. The company announced the deal on Nov. 17. Las Vegas was named as the first U.S. market. San Francisco and Los Angeles were identified as possible next steps.
The Liberty Walk connection
Yonhap’s English-language report named JINP as theVenti’s partner. Korean-language business coverage of the announcement went further. Edaily, Financial News and Seoul Wire identified the partner as “JINP (Las Vegas Liberty Walk).” They described JINP as a high-end custom car and tuning company. Chunji Ilbo reported that the agreement confirmed theVenti’s first U.S. store at Las Vegas Liberty Walk.
Liberty Walk was founded in 1993 by Wataru Kato in Nagoya, in Japan’s Aichi Prefecture. It began as a used-car dealership. In 2012, it unveiled a widebody Lamborghini Murciélago at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, and that launch made it internationally known. The brand now sells bolt-on widebody kits for Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Nissan GT-Rs, and many other cars, along with a lifestyle apparel line with a global following.
The trail leads to XYZ²
This is where the paper trail lands in Las Vegas Chinatown.
XYZ² covers 4415, 4425, and 4455 W. Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102. It is an office and retail complex of about 75,341 square feet. XYZ² is a trademark of XYZ.Rent LLC. Leasing is handled by CAST Capital Partners. Under the redevelopment plan, the upper floors stay as office space. The ground floor across the campus is being converted to retail and restaurant use, and the leasing materials actively court restaurant operators.
A Wells Fargo branch remains in Building 4425, at the Spring Mountain and Arville corner. Building 4415 at the rear is set for IWG’s Spaces coworking brand. Building 4455 is the address in Liberty Walk’s directory.
Online teasers have brought the collaboration into sharper focus. An Instagram account, @theventi_lbwk, promotes the project as “theVenti COFFEE × Liberty Walk Las Vegas.” Its taglines include “Tune Your Drive,” “Good coffee. Better drives,” and “Beyond the Pit Stop.” The posts promise specialty drinks, custom vehicle displays and exclusive apparel in one destination.
First public preview planned for SEMA Week
The collaboration is already moving beyond announcements.
A promotional post for Tokyo Street Las Vegas advertises a theVenti × Liberty Walk appearance during SEMA Week, Nov. 2–7, 2026. The post lists the location only as Las Vegas, Nevada.
The centerpiece is the LB-Silhouette WORKS Nissan GT-R R33, which the post says is making its U.S. debut. It describes the build as one of only 33 worldwide.
The post also invites visitors to a “theVenti Preview Pit Stop,” an early introduction to the brand ahead of its planned Las Vegas opening in 2027. It uses the slogan “Born in Korea. Tuned for Vegas.” and the tagline “Cars × Culture × Community × Coffee.”
The November event shows how the two companies are presenting the partnership to the public. It does not settle what a permanent location will look like. ChinatownVegas has not confirmed that the SEMA Week event is in Chinatown.
A revised opening horizon: 2027
The November 2025 announcement targeted the second half of 2026. That window has moved.
On Oct. 8, 2026, Hankyung reporter Park Sang-kyung published an update on Korean coffee brands entering the U.S. In it, a theVenti representative said the company now expects to open its first Las Vegas location in early to mid-2027. The representative said the company was reviewing local market conditions and its preparation process. The project’s promotional teasers have pointed to March 2027.
The precise location and layout of the proposed café remain unconfirmed, as does the status of any required local approvals. ChinatownVegas has contacted the XYZ² leasing representative for additional information and is awaiting a response.
Why this matters for Chinatown
Chinatown Las Vegas built its reputation on regional restaurants, bakeries and markets. In recent years the corridor has added experiential concepts that mix dining with youth culture, streetwear and car culture.
Spring Mountain Road has long been an informal home for weekend car meets, late-night tea runs and dessert crawls. A high-volume Korean café paired with an internationally known Japanese tuner, inside a converted office campus, fits that direction.
It has not been confirmed whether theVenti will run an espresso bar inside the vehicle gallery or open as a separate storefront next door. Either way, the pairing is one of the more distinctive additions in the works for the corridor.
ChinatownVegas will update this story as details are confirmed.
