I would say that the ramen at this place is among the best in the city. The endless small touches and the atmosphere made this such a memorable experience, even though I’m not one to rave about service above the food. This felt like a curated dining experience, from the food presentation to the chilled stone bowls for the noodles. Even though the food was superb already, these additions made the meal unforgettable. When they say ramen has a smoky broth, they aren’t kidding. As you slurp it down, it hits you in the face in a good way. Even the accompaniments were excellent. Crisp toppings on a perfect ramen egg. However, it wasn’t just the ramen that was delicious. They make perhaps the best gyoza I have ever had. As for the drinks, they were great as well. And after a steaming bowl of ramen, the desert was just right and perfect to wind down. I loved the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen. Pork slices were thinly sliced and cooked to perfection. I liked how soft the egg was. The noodles were chewy and wavy, so they were able to hold the soup’s flavor really well. You just want to keep sipping the soup because it had the right balance of umami, salt, and fat! This restaurant had vegan options for my boyfriend, which made me so happy. Their staff was so friendly and attentive and were very accommodating for my family. I loved trying vegan ramen with such a rich, delicious flavor! They also have an amazing selection of vegan appetizers! I can’t wait to return!
