Chinatown on the Brink of a Cannabis Renaissance
Chinatown could be on the verge of a “green revolution.” Cultivate, the neighborhood’s standout dispensary, is reportedly set to launch Chinatown’s inaugural cannabis consumption lounge, a development we first brought to light back in July.
But there’s more on the horizon—whispers of a large-scale grow operation at an adjacent warehouse have surfaced, hinting at a future where Chinatown could become a central hub for cannabis enthusiasts.
Keep your eyes peeled as we delve into these groundbreaking projects. Alongside these, we’re tracking the evolution of XYZ Square, a mixed-use development poised to inject new life into the area. Spanning 75,341 square feet across three structures, XYZ Square will merge Class A office environments with a bustling retail and dining scene at street level, redefining Chinatown’s mix of commerce and entertainment.
Stay tuned for more detailed updates next week. We’re committed to keeping you informed with the freshest news from Chinatown.
Until then, remember, if it’s happening in Chinatown, you’ll hear it here first. See you next week!
