Nevada filings list Thanasit Nanthasitsira as a managing member of the new Chinatown restaurant—the same name as a co-owner of San Mateo’s Taste & Glory.

LAS VEGAS, NV (Oct. 2, 2026): The permanent sign for Oak & Yolk went up today at 4258 Spring Mountain Rd, Suite 107, in Shanghai Plaza, in the former Pepper Lunch space next to Kura Revolving Sushi Bar.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported on Sept. 4 that a “coming soon” sign for Oak & Yolk had appeared above the door. The restaurant bills itself as “Breakfast by Day, Grill at Night.” ChinatownVegas.com covered the arrival in This Week in Chinatown on Sept. 7, when ownership details had not been announced.
Who Is Behind It
Nevada Secretary of State records show Oak & Yolk LLC was filed June 28, 2026, and is listed as active. The filing names two managing members: Siwakorn Nopsuwan and Thanasit Nanthasitsira.
A co-owner of Taste & Glory, a brunch restaurant in San Mateo, California, is also named Thanasit “Toto” Nanthasitsira, according to Palo Alto Online. Metro Silicon Valley also names him as an owner, alongside Nattacha “Phin” Lerspreuk. The San Mateo restaurant opened in March 2024.
Sources told ChinatownVegas.com the Oak & Yolk owners are based in California. The Nevada filing lists a San Mateo address for Nanthasitsira, the same city where Taste & Glory operates.
The matching name and San Mateo address suggest a possible ownership connection, but Oak & Yolk has not publicly confirmed a connection to Taste & Glory. It is not yet known whether the Las Vegas restaurant will share Taste & Glory’s menu or branding.
About Taste & Glory
Taste & Glory serves Asian-inspired brunch, with dishes such as a tom yum scramble and a chicken croffle, a waffle made from croissant dough. Both outlets reported weekend waits, with Palo Alto Online citing waits of up to an hour. Before opening it, Nanthasitsira and Lerspreuk ran a Thai restaurant in South San Francisco from 2018 until they sold it in 2023, according to Palo Alto Online.
