Desserts here are fantastic! We felt hungry after having lunch, so we stopped for sweets. The place did not disappoint. We had a great time here. It can be found on the second floor of the Shanghai plaza. The interior of the restaurant is medium-sized, with plenty of tables and chairs for hungry sweet lovers! It had a very relaxing atmosphere. The server immediately seated us after we entered, and she greeted us warmly. The staff wore masks and followed COVID protocols. The waiter was extremely helpful, and we were given ample time to peruse the menu. Once we ordered our dessert, it arrived very quickly! The dessert selection was huge! We decided to go with snow white and the durian soufflé pancake. The durian soufflé pancake was $14.99. The pancake was light, airy, eggy and the right amount of sweet. The durian cream on top of the pancake is a wonderful complement to the pancake. (This is a typical Asian dessert shop, so there isn’t a lot of sugar.) There are bits of durian in the pancake, but you also get a side of durian. Because pancakes deflate and toughen as they cool, this dessert is best enjoyed warm. The restaurant is not willing to serve this dessert as takeout. These little pancakes want you to enjoy everything they have to offer. Although the first bite was good, it paled in comparison to the second bite. I enjoyed it more and more with every mouth full. I also loved snow white. This dessert combines taro balls, bananas, mango, sago, fruit seeds, and more. Taiwanese desserts are similar to this one–so good! Definitely recommend.
