TO DIE FOR RAMEN!!
When I buy a bowl of ramen, I expect it to be incredible. I want it to make me feel happy and warm inside, Ramen Tatsu was able to achieve that for me. Great quality and flavor with such fresh noodles. I came here for Tsukemen because I was craving ramen and their dipping ramen caught my eye! Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately taken aback by the ambiance-it seemed very cozy and romantic with a refined vibe. Tsukemen, or dipping noodles, differ from traditional ramen in that they are served with a broth on the side that is a lot saltier than traditional ramen broths. By dipping your cold noodles into the hotter broth, your noodles and toppings take on a savory taste. In addition to sesame seeds and spicy paste, they also offered extra additions and sauces to your broth. They have quite good ramen and I’m a picky ramen eater. They serve excellent noodles. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and springy their noodles were when I took my first bite. Aside from the spicy bamboo shoots, I enjoyed all of the toppings. In contrast to the usual thick cut pork slab I encounter at ramen restaurants, their pork was thinly sliced, which reminded me almost of deli sliced pork rather than the usual thick cut. It was overall amazing and unique from others that I have come across. I would definitely come back here to try their traditional broth ramens and other items such as their dessert! A high-quality ramen with a fresh taste and excellent flavors.
