The people who own the shops are very rude and have no sense of customer service out of their own culture. They have no care to help people they deem foreigners. Along with bad customer service they have very poor conditions for patrons who have chosen to spend there money here. I left my car for a couple of minutes and that gave enough time for criminals to smash my window in and dig around everywhere to find any valuable items. Security gave no remorse of sense of urgency in a matter that could have been prevented on their time and property. I will not be coming back here and making sure that I spend my money on an up and coming mall store that serves the same cuisine, with better customer service, and cleaner conditions. Close this plaza already.

I happened to have recently been working there and they had Plumbing issues on the second floor and they were dropping sewage water downstairs onto the customers of Nico sushi and the manager Lana tried to keep it quiet and didn’t shut him down they never cleaned up after it or anything so it’s still gross and the massage parlor next door
