We were sad to report the closing of Joyful House restaurant but are now excited about who is opening in that space. Chinatownvegas.com can confirm that one of San Francisco’s best Chinese restaurants, Palette Tea House 彩籠, (or similarly named) is coming to Chinatown. The dim sum specialists from the team at Koi Palace-Dragon Beaux family will move into the former Joyful House space which is currently being remodeled.
