Chef Tony He’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1992 with the opening of Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant in Zhongshan City, China. His success continued after immigrating to Canada in 1998, where he established another Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant in Richmond, BC. The immense popularity of this location led to an expansion into the Los Angeles area (Rosemead).
In 2013, Chef Tony pushed culinary boundaries with Yi Dong Seafood Restaurant (also known as Chef Tony Seafood Restaurant) in Richmond, BC, offering a high-end Chinese fusion dining experience.
