Looking for Vietnamese cuisine that is authentic? Look no further. Pho 90 is a Vietnamese-owned and operated restaurant with a great staff! I regularly order takeout with my family and friends or significant other. The packaging is always durable and clean. The ingredients are always of the finest quality. For dine-in, the interior is spacious, beautiful, new, and clean. My first visit to this place was to get some pho since I was in a rush and couldn’t drive out of town. In my experience, clean and well-decorated Pho places normally serve some kind of “fusion-expensive trash,” which is food that has been stripped of all its positive elements to make it a hipster dish. In reading the menu introduction, I was pleased to see that authenticity and flavor were of the utmost importance to this restaurant. Pho 90 offers an amazing broth, fresh ingredients, amazing service, and a relaxing atmosphere. If you are curious to know whether you can experience authentic food at a regular market price in a beautiful and clean restaurant, look no further. My first order from here was fried vegetable spring rolls. Crispy and tasty. Other than that, I also had a vegetarian Ban mi sandwich…that was extremely awesome. I also enjoyed the vegetarian pho. My friend ordered pork chop vermicelli and Thai tea. The pork chop portion was enormous. There was a lot of flavor and tenderness in the pork chop. It is packed with vegetables, so it certainly feels healthy. I plan to be a long-term customer!
