85°C Bakery Cafe

85 is my favorite go-to bakery. Not only do they serve fresh bread, but also cakes/desserts, and drinks! Today was the first time we’ve tried their milk strawberry, and it was AMAZING! Strawberry milk lovers will enjoy this drink. There’s something creamy and sweet about it. The strawberries taste like the strawberries you have in strawberry ice cream. The egg and cheese tarts, the brioche, and the almond apple danish are my favorites. The tarts are seriously in my dreams, and I’ve gone multiple times during lockdown just to get them. I used to get maple toast all the time, although I haven’t seen it for a while. It’s the chocolate chip bread with powdered sugar that I always crave. There’s something about it that feels like a pastry from a Studio Ghibli film! Also, their chocolate with chocolate cream filling is very decadent. Even if I don’t drink coffee, I always take a sip from my sister’s or my friend’s sea salt coffee. Since it’s practically walking distance from my house, I’m probably going to stop by again tomorrow. Overall, this bakery is one of a kind. I’m shocked that I have not left a 5-star review sooner. I don’t know how they make the pastries, but they were amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and not skimpy. They make high-quality cakes. The artistry is beautiful, and the yummy taste was not lost. Whether it was strawberry shortcake, chocolate mousse, or berry cakes, each variety was delicious. Just thinking about them makes my mouth water.
