Executive Chef/Partner Tony Le’s passion for Chicken Pho (Phở Gà) began at a young age when his parents opened their first restaurant on Kensington Ave in Philadelphia. He grew up working at the famous Cafe Pho Ga Thanh Thanh, perfecting the recipe and watching the restaurant grow to success. What was once a hole-in-the-wall is now a destination for foodies from all over and Chef Tony is ready to expand upon what his family started by sharing this iconic Phở Gà with the world.
